Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 September 2026
This policy covers this website and nothing else. The website shows the studio and its games and links to them; each game has its own privacy policy, listed at the end.
Who is responsible
The controller for this website is A Byte of Everything (Mads Kristensen), Denmark. Write to appsbyabyteofeverything@gmail.com about anything in this policy.
What the pages do
This website uses no cookies, no scripts, no analytics and no forms. The pages are plain HTML and CSS, and everything they show, the fonts and images included, comes from this website: your browser asks no other website for anything while you read them.
What the host sees
The website is served by Google Firebase Hosting, which Google runs for us. Like every web server, it processes your IP address and the details of each request (the address asked for, the time, and what your browser sends with it, such as its user agent and the page that linked here) to deliver the page, keep the service secure and count the traffic, and it keeps them in its logs.
We use them only to keep the website running, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a working and secure website (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). Google describes its handling in the Firebase privacy information and the Google Privacy Policy.
Links to other websites
The game cards link to Google Play and to each game's own website. Those are separate services with their own privacy policies. This website sends them nothing, but when you follow a link, your browser tells the other website that you came from this one.
If you email us
If you write to appsbyabyteofeverything@gmail.com, we receive your email address and what you write, and we use them only to answer you. The mailbox is a Google (Gmail) account. We keep an email as long as it helps with your question and any follow-up, and delete it sooner if you ask.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Email us to use any of them. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk, or to the data protection authority where you live.
The games
Each game has its own privacy policy, on its own website, and that policy is the one that applies to the game. This policy does not describe them.
